选煤厂用钢丝绳芯带式输送机高效剥皮装置设计与研究

摘要

为解决西山煤电（集团）有限责任公司官地选煤厂钢丝绳芯带式输送机剥皮效率较低、工人劳动强度大、剥皮投入成本较高等问题，在分析了选煤厂相关技术要求的基础上，提出了一种选煤厂钢丝绳芯带式输送机高效剥皮装置，利用切割刀具交错自动切割带式输送机，将钢丝绳高效剥离，提高接头硫化前处理效率。在官地选煤厂现场应用测试后表明，钢丝绳芯输送带高效剥皮装置完成400 mm输送带接头剥皮，用时11.33 min，作业过程仅需1人操作，剥皮后钢丝绳表面无残留橡胶，剥皮质量满足要求。

Abstract：

In order to solve the problems of low peeling efficiency, high labor intensity and high peeling cost of wire rope core belt conveyor in Guandi Coal Preparation Plant of Xishan Coal and Electricity ( Group ) Co., Ltd., based on the analysis of the relevant technical requirements of coal preparation plant, an efficient peeling device for wire rope core belt conveyor in coal preparation plant is proposed. The cutting tool is used to cut the belt conveyor automatically, and the wire rope is efficiently peeled to improve the efficiency of joint pre-sulfurization treatment. The field application test in Guandi Coal Preparation Plant shows that the high-efficiency peeling device of wire rope core conveyor belt takes 11.33 min to complete the peeling of 400 mm conveyor belt joint, and only one person is required to operate in the operation process. After peeling, there is no residual rubber on the surface of wire rope, and the peeling quality meets the requirements.
