Abstract: In order to increase the transport capacity of the railcar and broaden the application range of the railcar, the KSP-120 / 250P endless rope half railcar system is designed. The traction force and traction speed of the rail-truck are determined by expounding the design idea of the endless-rope common-rail semi-truck. The transportation capacity is calculated from the traction force and traction speed. The key components of the rail-truck are innovatively designed. The winch dual safety braking device of the hydraulic push rod brake + disc brake is designed. The hydraulic tensioning device is designed to realize the automatic tensioning function of the wire rope. The traction rope storage brake vehicle is designed to integrate the traction, rope storage and braking functions, which increases the stability of the tractor operation. The structure of the curved rail-truck of the common-rail semi-truck is designed to reduce the installation cost of the rail-truck. The safety of the railcar running in the curve, the railcar system has a good effect after being popularized and applied in the Fengfeng mining area of Xingtai mining area of Jizhong energy.
