Abstract: In view of the problems of insensitivity and unreliable braking of the traditional endless rope traction vehicle in underground coal mines, a new design scheme of the claw-plug braking traction vehicle is proposed, and the specific structure of the main components of the traction vehicle is designed based on CAXA 3D, which improves the reliability of the claw-plug braking of the endless rope traction vehicle, effectively solves the technical problems of misoperation and inaction of the traditional braking vehicle, and ensures the safe production of coal mines.
