Abstract： Mine hoisting equipment is the ' throat ' connecting the underground mine and the ground, which plays an important role in mine production. Taking the main shaft skip hoisting system of Baoan Coal Mine of Shanxi Coal Transportation and Marketing Group as an example, this paper introduces a fast and safe equipment and method for replacing the hoisting wire rope, that is, the electro-hydraulic driven coal mine shaft hoist wire rope replacement device. The device uses two motors to drive the upper and lower tracks, and the hydraulic cylinder clamps the upper and lower tracks. The track is fixed with a polymer friction lining block. After the upper and lower lining blocks clamp the wire rope, the upper and lower track motors drive the track to run, and realize the continuous replacement of the hoisting wire rope. Practice shows that this technology shortens the replacement time of wire rope, improves the safety in the replacement process, and is widely used in the replacement of various wire ropes.
