Abstract:Aiming at the problems existing in the support of water-spraying dynamic pressure roadway in Gucheng Mine, No.S1306 auxiliary transportation gateway was taken as the research background, the deformation law of surrounding rock of roadway was analyzed by FlAC3 D finite element simulation under different water content conditions. The simulation results showed that the plastic failure volume of the roadway, the displacement of the two sides and the roof subsidence increased with the increase of the water content, and the stress of the surrounding rock of the roadway was opposite. When the water content was 1.5 %, the reduction ( increase) rate of stress and deformation of roadway surrounding rock became larger. Combined with the deformation law of low-level water-spraying dynamic pressure roadway, the overall economic support principle and control method of water-spraying dynamic pressure roadway were put forward, and the overall economic optimization support scheme was given. The deformation of roadway was monitored in field application. The results showed that the deformation and failure of surrounding rock of No.S1306 auxiliary transportation crossheading were well controlled, the quality of bolt and anchor cable support was ensured, and the supporting effect of roadway was better, which provided demonstration effect for water-spraying dynamic pressure roadway.
