In order to explore the improvement path of the sealing effect of the sprocket assembly of the scraper conveyor and effectively reduce the sealing failure, taking the SGZ800 / 1050 scraper conveyor of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine as an example, based on the current emerging finger seal design mode, the optimization design of the sprocket assembly seal of the SGZ800 / 1050 scraper conveyor is analyzed by modeling analysis and other methods, and the analysis results are simulated and tested. The test results show that the design of the scraper conveyor sprocket assembly finger seal mode effect is good, has a certain promotion value.
