In view of the problems that there are many impurities in the liquid supply system of fully mechanized coal mining face, which affect the normal liquid supply and safe and efficient production of hydraulic support, and the workload of daily maintenance, it is proposed to install glzd automatic backwashing high-pressure filter station in the liquid supply system of coal mining face. Its structural composition and working principle are studied and analyzed. The field application results show that the filter station can reduce the impurities in the hydraulic system by 65%, It improves the speed of pulling support and moving conveyor in the working face, saves 18min per knife of coal, reduces the number of sealing rings and gaskets replaced from about 80 per day to about 30, with a decrease of 57%, and the qualified rate of working resistance of hydraulic support in the working face reaches more than 85%, which has great popularization and application value.
