In order to reveal the influence mechanism of H2 on the chemical kinetic behavior of gas explosion reaction, the gas explosion experiment was carried out in a standard 20 L spherical explosion container, and the explosion pressure of H2/CH4 mixed gas with a molar ratio of 1 and a H2 ratio of 0 ~ 0.5 was measured. The H2/CH4 explosion reaction parameters were calculated by using CHEMKIN-PRO numerical simulation software. The results show that the addition of H2 increased the formation rate of·H radical and·OH radical, and further promoted the reactions of 38# and 84#; when the proportion of H2 exceeds a certain proportion, some branch chain reactions, such as the reverse reaction of 53#, are promoted, and the oxidation reactions of CH4, such as 155# and 156#, are weakened. The experiment shows that the mixing of H2 increases the pressure of gas explosion, and with the increase of H2 proportion, the explosion pressure increases first and then remains unchanged. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of mine gas explosion accidents.
