Abstract:According to the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of 2410 Floor Roadway in Anshen Mine, the surrounding rock conditions are obtained by means of engineering investigation and geological test, the strength of the surrounding rock is low, and it is easy to be softened by water. The failure and deformation of the surrounding rock are the main reasons that lead to the failure of the roadway. According to the mechanism of deformation and failure, it is put forward that the key point of supporting the soft rock roadway through layers under the complicated stress condition is to exert deformation resistance to surrounding rock in time after the roadway is excavated, and through the high rigidity of supporting system, it can restrain the crack opening and expansion, avoid the discontinuous deformation of the surrounding rock, maintain the integrity of the surrounding rock, and realize the stability of the surrounding rock by exerting the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock. Based on this principle, the design scheme of bolt-cable support system with high strength, High pre-tightening force and high rigidity is put forward.
