Abstract: The frictional wear problem of the middle groove structure of the scraper conveyor affects the operational stability of the equipment. SGZ1000/1710 scraper conveyor of No.1 Mine of Huanling Group was taken as an example, the three-dimensional model of the middle trough was established by using UG software, and the frictional contact of the middle trough was analyzed by using ANSYS software. According to the analysis results, the structure of the central trough was optimized and improved. The optimized and improved central trough structure was applied to practice, and the frictional wear of the central trough structure was effectively reduced.
