In order to reduce the wear of driving sprocket of scraper conveyor and prolong its service life. Firstly, the failure mode of the drive chain wheel of the scraper conveyor was analyzed, and the main failure mode was studied, and the key influencing factors were found by the method of dynamic analysis. The key influencing factors were optimized to reduce the sprocket wheel wear, prolong the service life of the purpose, improve the work efficiency of the scraper conveyor.
