采用中红外(MIR)光谱技术(包括一维 MIR 光谱、二阶导数 MIR 光谱、四阶导数 MIR 光谱和去卷积 MIR 光谱)开展艾司奥美拉唑钠结构的研究。实验发现,艾司奥美拉唑钠的主要红外吸收官能团包括νCH-艾司奥美拉唑钠、νsCH3-O-艾司奥美拉唑钠、ν苯环骨架-艾司奥美拉唑钠、δasCH3-艾司奥美拉唑钠和δsCH3-艾司奥美拉唑钠等。研究发现,采用 MIR 光谱可以快速鉴别艾司奥美拉唑钠结构。
The structure of esomeprazole had been studied by infrared (MIR) spectroscopy (including: one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy, second derivative MIR spectroscopy, fourth derivative MIR spectroscopy and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy). It was found that the main infrared absorption functional groups of esomeprazole sodium included νch esomeprazole sodium, νsch3-o-esomeprazole sodium, νbenzene ring skeleton esomeprazole sodium, δasch3 esomeprazole sodium and δsch3 esomeprazole sodium. It was found that the structure of esomeprazole sodium could be quickly identified by Mir spectroscopy.
