The structure and thermal stability of graphene were carried out by three-stage infrared spectroscopy. Through studying the graphene structure by infrared spectroscopy(4 000 ~ 600 cm-1), the νC=C-Graphene, νC-C-Graphene and δC=C-Graphene were found. Through stuying the graphene thermal stability by variable temperature infrared spectroscopy, it was found that the thermal stability of the graphene was better (293 ~ 393 K). Two-dimension infrared spectroscopy (2D-IR) was used for studying the graphene structure further. The study demonstrated the key roles of three-stage infrared spectroscopy in the analysis of the structure and thermal stability of the important inorganic material (graphene).
