In order to solve the situation that the deformation of the two sides was large and serious during the mining of the 1218 working face, the loosening range of the surrounding rock of the roadway was analyzed by the loose-loop test technology, combined with the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock of the transportation roadway, the grouting reinforcement scheme was designed. The results showed that the reinforcement scheme of grouting reinforcement + reinforcing anchor cable was adopted, the maximum displacement of the top and bottom plates was 90 mm, and the maximum displacement of the two sides was 170 mm, which effectively controlled the deformation of the two sides, ensured the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
