In this paper, the selection design of the bottom coal bunker and the west wing coal bunker of Shanxi Jincheng Jinsheng Gulong Coal Industry Co., Ltd.is studied. According to the production demand of the mine, the vertical cylindrical coal bunkers were designed near the intersection of the main inclined shaft bottom and the +620 horizontal roadway. The location selection, shape design, diameter and capacity calculation, support method and process layout of the coal bunker are described in detail. Through scientific calculation and reasonable layout, the practicability and economy of coal bunker design are ensured, and the mine production efficiency is improved.
