The hydraulic support needs to bear the huge pressure from the roof and coal wall during the working process, which may lead to the deformation, damage and even failure of the components of the hydraulic support. Through the research and analysis of the fatigue life of the hydraulic support, the complex mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of the support in the working process can be revealed, and the fatigue life can be predicted. In this paper, ZY9000/22/45D mine hydraulic support in Huipodi Coal Mine is taken as the research object, and the fatigue life analysis of hydraulic support is carried out. According to the actual working state of ZY9000/22/45D mining hydraulic support in Huipodi Coal Mine, the three-dimensional model and finite element analysis model of the support are established. Based on the local stress-strain method, the fatigue life simulation analysis of the support is carried out under symmetrical load and asymmetric load, and the stress distribution and fatigue life distribution of the support in two working positions are obtained. The research results are of great significance for mastering the failure mechanism of hydraulic support, predicting fatigue life, improving the performance and service life of hydraulic support, and ensuring safe and efficient production of coal mine.
