In the process of mining, the technology of filling gob-side entry retaining with high water material was adopted in No.150301 Face of Sucun Coal Industry. After the transportation channel was retained, it was used as the return air roadway in other mining areas. Due to the hard roof of the roadway, the concentrated stress on the roadway after mining was high, and the floor was weak, the floor heave deformation was easy to occur under the high stress, which brought great difficulties to the maintenance of the roadway. In view of this, combined with the on-site situation, the causes of large deformation of roadway were analyzed, a numerical model of hard roof and soft bottom roadside filling was established, and the mechanism of roadway floor heave was obtained. The combined control technology of ' local roof reinforcement support, mining side and roof grouting reinforcement ' was put forward. The results of field observation and industrial test showed that the deformation of roadway side and floor heave were reduced after the new combined control technology was adopted, and the deformation of roadway was effectively controlled.
