In view of the situation that the determination of ' light tile ' in 2201 working face of Heilong Coal Industry is affected by many kinds of factors and is easy to produce errors, combined with the geological data and gas concentration data of the mine, the method of field measurement and theoretical analysis is used to put forward the correction formula of ' light tile ' determination. The results show that the measurement error of ' optical tile ' is mainly affected by factors such as gas composition, temperature and pressure, personnel, drugs and calibration zero point environmental changes. Based on the main gases such as oxygen, carbon monoxide and nitrogen, the calibration formula is proposed. After data correction, the gas chromatograph is used to determine the minimum correction error of 0.000 28 and the maximum correction error of about 0.327. Most of the differences are within 0.01-0.04. The corrected data are not much different from the gas inspection equipment, indicating the validity of the correction results.
