Abstract:Gas is a dangerous gas in coal mining operations. Real-time monitoring and alarming of flammable and explosive gases such as gas in coal mines is an important work to ensure the safety of coal mine production. Optical monitoring technology has the characteristics of non-destructive and fast, and can be combined with optical communication to achieve underground passive detection. In this paper, the 15232 working face of Xinjing Mine of Huayang Group is taken as the research object. Based on the tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy technology, a set of remote monitoring system for flammable and explosive gases such as methane is developed to realize accurate and real-time monitoring of the gas environment 2 000 m away from the coal mine. Through practice, this method has good accuracy. Compared with the traditional beam tube system, it realizes the rapid analysis of gas monitoring, and the monitoring sampling frequency is higher, which improves the monitoring level of harmful gas in Xinjing mine.
