Abstract:In order to effectively reduce the gas accumulation concentration in the upper corner of fully mechanized mining face, combined with the actual situation of 18103 working face in Wangjialing Coal Industry, this paper puts forward the gas control technology in the upper corner of ' hole instead of roadway ', and designs the field test scheme. By analyzing the extraction effect of different borehole layout parameters, it is determined that the borehole diameter is 127 mm, the negative pressure of borehole extraction is about 30 kPa, and the number of branch holes is 2 best. The field application results show that the gas concentration in the upper corner of the 18103 working face is obviously reduced in the area with relatively high gas content, which can be controlled within 0.6%, and the gas concentration in the upper corner of the area with relatively low gas content can be controlled at about 0.2%, and the control effect is obvious.
