Abstract: In the process of coal mine gas extraction, the accumulation of dirt such as slime and rusty slag on the inner wall of the pipeline seriously affects the dredging of the pipeline and the efficiency of gas extraction. In order to solve this problem, a fast flushing technology based on pipeline flushing device is proposed and industrial test is carried out. The results show that the average time of flushing 100 m pipeline is 2.2 h. Compared with the traditional cleaning method, the efficiency is increased by about 2 times, and the negative pressure of extraction is increased by 1 kPa after cleaning every 100 m pipeline. This technology can effectively clean up the slag chips and attached slime in the extraction pipeline, effectively ensure the safe operation of the extraction pipeline, and improve the gas extraction effect.
