Abstract:Coal washing is the source of coal clean energy utilization and the key to improve the quality of coal. In this paper, aiming at the problems of low separation accuracy, high ash content of clean coal and poor stability of separation effect in the treatment of coal slime with high ash and high fine mud content by conventional flotation process, the coal preparation plant of Huayang No.2 Mine is taken as the research object, and the secondary flotation process transformation of the coal preparation plant is carried out. By comparing the technical indicators before and after the transformation, the results show that after the transformation, the ash content of flotation clean coal can be effectively reduced, the yield of clean coal can be improved, and the technical level and economic benefits of enterprises can be improved.
