According to the practical production requirements of raw coal in mines of Fengfeng Group, the correlation analysis of partial test data of ash and caloric value of raw coal in a few years has been carried out, the unary linear regression equation of coal ash and calorific value was established. It is pointed out that the calculation of received net calorific value of raw coal was influenced by moisture, sulfur and hydrogen content; when there is no change in the extraction of water,the obtained regression equation has good reference value for the prediction of the calorific value of coal in the production of raw coal at present.
