Abstract:In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and prolong the service life of the mine, it is necessary to recycle the protective coal pillar of the main roadway in the first mining area of Yuxing Coal Industry. The reasonable layout of the recovery working face is studied by means of numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and mine pressure monitoring. The results show that the reasonable width of the coal pillar between the return airway and the goaf of the 15101 working face is 4-6 m, and the distance between the transportation roadway and the inflection point of the goaf of the 15103 working face should not be less than 20 m. The surface deformation during the excavation of the two crossheadings is within the allowable range of the design. The rationality of the roadway layout position is demonstrated, which has reference significance for the mining design of similar coal pillars.
