Study on Surrounding rock control technology of soft rock crossing roadway under complex surrounding rock conditions in Changcun Mine

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the surrounding rock of 470 auxiliary transportation roadway in Changcun Mine was weak and the large deformation of surrounding rock was caused by cross-layer excavation, FLAC 3D numerical simulation software was used to compare and analyze the displacement of roadway under three conditions : no support, original support scheme and design support scheme. The reasonable support scheme suitable for soft rock cross-layer roadway was obtained, and the field industrial test was carried out. The results showed that:(1)The technology of downward anchoring bolt and bottom inverted arch could control the heave of roadway floor ; (2) After adopting the optimized support scheme, the maximum displacement of the roof and floor was 91 mm, which was 53.23 % lower than that of the original support. The maximum displacement of the two sides was 78 mm, which was 50.32 % lower than the original support, which basically met the engineering requirements.
