Abstract:In coal mining, gas is still a key factor affecting mine safety production. The No.1 coal seam mined by the coal mine is close to the adjacent layer. After the mining of the working face, the upper adjacent layer directly crosses the goaf and becomes the main source of gas in the goaf. It is easy to cause gas overrun during mining. In order to solve the problem of gas emission to the greatest extent, a three-axis linkage two-way spiral drilling rig is selected, and 22 large-diameter spiral boreholes are arranged in the adjacent layer of the mining face. The width×height of the borehole is 2 080 mm×800 mm, and the depth of the borehole is 60 m. After the completion of the borehole construction, the drainage pipe is closed and embedded in time, and the gas in the goaf of the coal seam is extracted by using the roof fracture zone. Through the application of this technology, the return air flow and gas concentration in the upper corner of the mining face can be effectively controlled within a safe range.
