Abstract: At present, there are SNCR (selective non-catalytic reduction), SCR (selective catalytic reduction), SNCR+SCR and ozone denitrification technologies which are relatively mature in China. SNCRz is a new patented denitrification technology which has just been put into the market in recent years. SCR has high denitrification efficiency, but the initial investment is large, the installation is difficult, the construction period is long, and the boiler operation efficiency is affected, the service life of the catalyst is generally 3~5 a, the later operation cost is also large. Ozone denitrification is less expensive than SCR in the early stage, but the later operation cost is huge. Compared with SNCRz denitrification technology, part of the original SNCR equipment can be used to greatly reduce the initial investment. The power plant's steam turbine can be used to do the work, and the later operation cost will be lower. Therefore, SNCRz vaporization denitrification technology has become the preferred in-depth treatment and transformation denitrification technology for Zhangcun Mine power plant and Dongpangmine power plant. Through the denitration transformation practice of two power plants, the win-win situation of economic and social benefits has been realized, which can provide reference for other power generation enterprises in denitration treatment.
