Abstract: In order to reduce the ash content of raw coal, reduce the damage to the environment caused by gangue lifting, and recover the coal under construction, a set of raw coal underground separation system was established in Xingdong Mine. The coal and gangue were separated, and the separated gangue was used for the filling mining of the working face. Jigging high-efficiency gangue discharge process was adopted in the underground separation system, and it was mainly divided into two parts: screening crushing and jigging washing. The washed gangue was transported to the working face by belt for filling. In order to improve the filling efficiency, the support electro-hydraulic automatic control system was installed in the gangue filling face, which saved manpower cost and improved the filling effect.
