Water damage in coal mines is one of the important disasters affecting the safe production of mines. The water damage prevention and control project of 4301 working face of Taiyuan Loufan Longquan Mine was taken as the background, water plugging was carried out by grouting technology, clay cement slurry was used scientifically and reasonably, and a reasonable drilling construction plan was adopted. Practice showed that the clay cement slurry plugging effect was obvious, the water output from the bottom plate of 4301 working face was 180 m3/h, the remaining water in the working face at the end of the plugging project was 32 m3/h, reducing 148 m3/h, the plugging rate was 82%, which achieved the expected purpose, successfully realized the slurry plugging under the high pressure dynamic water condition, and ensured the safe recovery of the working face.
