Abstract：The production process of adipic acid is nitric acid oxidation of cyclohexanol. at V (Ⅴ), Cu (Ⅱ) the presence of a catalyst. The finished product of adipic acid were obtained by crystallization, enriched, centrifuged, dissolved active carbon, recrystallization, enriched, centrifugation and drying series of processes. Based on the research of the reaction mechanism of cyclohexanol and nitric acid and the heat transfer method of the oxidation reactor. The bottleneck of the load increase, and proposes targeted measures were found, which were applied to the existing production equipment to realize the continuous operation of the adipic acid plant at overload. The stechnical measures for the two key indicators of iron and nitric acid content were put forward and implemented by researching on the factors affecting the quality of adipic acid product, and the quality of adipic acid products were continue to optimize and improve.
