As a high gas mine, to prevent the occurrence of gas accidents, Longtai Mine actively builds work system with reliable ventilation, extraction from standard and effective monitoring and good management , in order to realize the goal of zero gas-overrun, zero accident. Relying on technology, management, system of comprehensive measures, the advanced management of gas is promoted. As the use of high-level boreholes in gas drainage, the overrun of gas in upper corner is effectively prevented. Also, the concentration rate of gas is kept below 0.6% in upper corner of the rear in 3 m， ensuring the safety in production in the process of extraction.
