With the increased depth of coal mining and increased gas emission, based on the principle of emphasizing on basics, breakthroughs, implementation and review, Qianjiaying Mining Company has combined mine gas prevention and control and safe production, enhanced ventilation system, gas drainage system and security monitoring system and applied comprehensive gas control technologies, which has improved its capacity to control mine gas, kept the gas concentration of return air current between 0.25%~0.30%, enabled gas drainage rate of mining face to reach above 60%. All of this has laid a solid foundation for safe production.
