To address the problem of basic managerial weakness of “One Ventilation and Three Prevention” in the mines of Zhangjiakou Mining Group and the outburst volume of gassy outburst mine exceeding 100 m3/min as well as the sever problems of spontaneous combustion disaster, Zhangjiakou Mine group intensifies the infrastructure of “One Ventilation and Three Prevention”. Besides, it also sets up gas-proof systems like ventilation and monitoring to address the specific situations of various problems; system building and management of gas prevention was developed to intensify the technological work in the high burst mine. Constant research and improvement on gas government and outburst-prevention technological techniques have achieved great results that bring references to managing gas prevention and control work under similar condition.
