Abstract： The process of "closed micro-vortex clarifier + closed cooling tower" was used to treat the original circulating water system for gas production. Because gas making circulating water adopts direct cooling method, water quality is poor, which can easy to cause corrosion and blockage of pipelines and equipment and so on. Closed micro-vortex clarifier and cooling tower often stop for maintenance, which is not conducive to the stable operation of the system. The existing system was reformed by adopting the method of "Advection Sedimentation Tank + Open Cooling Tower"， At the same time considering a certain margin，and keeping the old system in reserve.
