The coal bunker in 4226 mining area of Zhangcun Mine was in bauxite mudstone in the middle level, and its upper sandstone layer was water-bearing layer, which was affected by long-term water drenching, and the coal bunker was seriously deformed and damaged, so it cannot store coal normally and keep empty for a long time. Through careful research and analysis on site, the soft rock section of the coal bunker was reinforced by anchor spraying and grouting anchor cable, which effectively controlled the deformation of the surrounding rock, and at the same time, through the combination of grouting and water plugging and hydrophobic way of pre-buried pipe on the bunker wall, the water drenching on the bunker wall was effectively cured and the normal storage of coal in the bunker was ensured.
