In order to solve the problems of difficult support and low stability of working face roadway in Guandi Mine, according to the working face, the working face chute boring process was analyzed and the roadway support scheme was designed, anchor rod + anchor cable + W-type steel belt method was adopted to support the top plate of the roadway and the anchor rod + W-type steel belt method to support the two sides of the roadway, the monitoring results showed that the deformation of both the top plate and the two sides of the roadway were below 150 mm, the deformation of the bottom plate of the roadway was below 250 mm, the maximum load of the anchor rod anchor cable was less than the ultimate tensile strength, the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway was obviously improved, and the support problem was solved.
