In order to ensure the stability of broken surrounding rock roadway and the safety of Guozhuang Mine engineering, a new grouting material was developed to strengthen the broken surrounding rock and monitor the deformation of roadway surrounding rock after reinforcement. The results showed that the ratio of the new inorganic grouting material sulphoaluminate cement clinker to the mixture of lime and gypsum is 1∶1, and the ratio of lime and gypsum is 1∶7, the compressive strength of the new grouting material decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio, the setting time decreased with the decrease of water-cement ratio, and the bleeding rate was less than 5%, which ensured the stability of the grouting material. When the curing time reached 8 h, the compressive strength was 13.1 MPa, after grouting, the roadway floor bulge and two sides were obviously reduced, and the surrounding rock of roadway was effectively controlled after grouting.
