The quality of AE-active esters from different manufacturers was compared. The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition, the chemical industry standard and the standards of various manufacturers and enterprises were used to determine the crystal form, particle size and particle size distributions, related substances, clarity and stability of AE-active esters from four manufacturers. The results show that all indicators of all tested products meet the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition and the standards of the chemical industry, but there are some differences in the results of each indicator. The measurement data can provide reference for the selection of cephalosporin antibiotic raw materials.
