In order to improve the specific volume and fluidity of cefradine and improve the quality of products, the influences of the ratio of dissolution system, crystallization temperature, ammonia concentration, stirring speed and end temperature on the specific volume and fluidity of cefradine sodium crystallization process were investigated. It is concluded that the ratio of dissolved system water is 3 times, crystallizing temperature is 25 ℃, the ammonia concentration is 15%, the stirring speed is 300 r/min, and the end temperature is 10 ℃, the obtained product has a relatively uniform crystal form, small specific volume and good fluidity.
