In order to improve mobility and specific volume of ceftriaxone sodium,the crystallization process of ceftriaxone sodium was optimized.Firstly, ceftriaxone sodium crude was dissolved in water for injection, a contain amount of acetone was added and the water temperature was controled at 10~15 ℃,appropriate amount of active carbon was added and decolorating was kept for 30 min.Secondly, the filtrate was filtered,the carbon cake was washed with the mixture of water and acetone, the solution was filtered with a 0.22 μm filter membrance and transfer into a 4-hole flask, appropriate crystal seed and acetone were added.Finally crystal liquid was filtered washed and dried,the product was obtained. Through observing the influences on the mobility and specific volume from the amount of seed crystal, string speed, feeding speed and temperature during the process of crystallization. The conclusion showed when the amount of the seed crystal was 0.3%, string speed was 170 r/min, feeding speed was 2 mL/min and crystallization was 10~15 ℃, the specific volume of product was smaller and the mobility was better.
