In order to solve the problems of impact, belt deviation and serious coal dust during the working process of the Majiliang Mine transporter, the selection and design of the hydraulic control system components of the mine transporter, and the working principle of the hydraulic control system were introduced. The motor, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, electromagnetic proportional valve, relief valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, accumulator and other components of the hydraulic control system were selected and designed. Under the integrated control of hydraulic intelligent automation, the mine transporter slowed down the impact pressure, reduced the coal dust, corrected the belt offset, and achieved the design goal.
