The large deformation and failure of the transportation roadways in Chaoyang Mine was taken as the research object, the deformation and failure characteristics of the transportation roadway were analyzed, the main factors causing the deformation and damage of the transportation were studied, including high ground stress and surrounding rock lithology, and the unreasonable design of the support, combined with the characteristics of the transport roadway, the "anchor spray + concrete-filled concrete pipe support" repair support scheme was designed. From the field application situation, the repair support scheme better met the roadway support demand.
