In order to study the practical value of securinega strain, its active alkaloids, securinine was extracted by macroporous cationic resin technology. First petroleum ether was usded as solvent in the Soxhlet extractor to extract 48 h, then the exchange of macroporous cationic resin was carried out, and the total alkaloids of securinine, the active ingredient in the basified extract liquid were extracted using dichloroethane, finally the yellow compound, securinine, was obtained after being separated by macroporous cationic resin. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the upper column of the sample is 90 mg / mL, the elution flow rate is 4 mL / min, 80% ethanol is selected as the elution solvent. The eluent flow rate has the greatest effect on the purification yield, follows by the eluent ratio, and finally the amount of upper column.
