能源日益短缺以及经济发展对能源的需求和依赖给燃料乙醇的发展提供重要发展机遇。乙醇作为一种不含 S 及灰分的清洁能源,是替代汽油的最佳燃料之一。煤化工企业寻求经济可行的合成气生产乙醇工艺将具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。介绍了煤制合成气生物发酵生产燃料乙醇工艺反应机理、流程及进展,并进行了经济分析。提出该工艺生产乙醇技术经济可行,但应考虑因产品乙醇浓度低,需精馏或脱水使后期成本增加的问题。
The increasing energy shortage and the dependence of economic development on energy provide important development opportunities for the development of fuel ethanol. As a clean energy source without S and ash, ethanol is one of the best fuels to replace gasoline. The economical and feasible syngas production ethanol technology used in the coal chemical enterprises will have the very good economic and social benefits. The reaction mechanism, process and progress of the production technology of fuel ethanol from coal to syngas by biofermentation were introduced, and the economy of the technulogy was analyzed. It is piunted out that the ethanol production technology is economical and feasible, but it is necessary to consider the late cost increase caused by the additional distillation or dehydration processes because of the low concentration of ethanol in the product.
