Abstract: Based on hard rock caused by fault in 2507 working face mining of Xichuan Mine, according to the basic principle of deep hole presplitting blasting mechanism, reasonable blasting parameters were obtained by calculation, with good blasting results in the 2507 working face in blasting test, the result showed that the deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology was one of the important methods to solve the underground mining face in large scale through the hard rock. This method can increase the joint and fissure of rock after blasting, and reduce the strength of rock, which is beneficial to the smooth advance of mining machine, so that it passes through the fault more safely, efficiently and economically.
