In order to improve the rate of resource recovery and relieve the tension of mining and replacement, the technology of gob side entry retaining with superhigh-water material on backfill mining face No.2515 was studied. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the stability of the overlying roof in the filling face, the interaction model of the filling body and the direct top was established, and the support resistance of the filling body was determined. Combined with the actual situation of the 2515 working face, the supporting plan for in-situ retaining roadway was settled. The observation of underground pressure showed that the roadway pressure in the 2515 Lane entry was not obvious, and the roadway deformation was small, which can meet the production demand and achieve better economic and social benefits
