Belt conveyor belt with broken belt accident, especially in large transportation, long distance, big angle of the transportation site, the performance requirements of strength belt were analyzed, the design requirements of the belt conveyor was designed, based on the normal operation of the belt conveyor belt, the completion of broken belt catcher force was analyzed, and the calculation of the belt conveyor running on the capture frame up angle was conducted. Finally, it was concluded that the structure of the design was safe and reliable.
