Based on gas drainage well with large diameter of Changcun Mine, advantages and disadvantages of drilling under different construction plan were discussed, the working step and key technology were analyzed, the gas drainage well with large diameter under thick regolith construction was settled, providing reference for gas drainage under similar condition.
