河北金万泰化肥有限责任公司（ 金万泰公司 ）氨合成有φ1 200和φ2 200 2套合成系统，φ2 200氨合成系统采用蒸发式冷凝器。介绍了金万泰公司蒸发式冷凝器的工作原理、设备参数、维护管理、工艺流程及氨合成系统运行参数，从节水、节电、投资等几个方面分析了蒸发式冷凝器的优点。提出蒸发式冷凝器2011年投产至今，在最恶劣工况下总用水量（ 9.6 t / h ）比其他水冷器（ 26 t / h ）明显降低，用电功率下降约70 %，节省一半投资。
The ammonia synthetic system in Hebei Jinwantai Fertilizer Corporation Ltd.(Jinwantai company) includes two sets of φ1 200 and φ2 200, and φ2 200 ammonia synthetic system uses evaporative condenser. The ammonia working principle, equipment parameters, maintenance management, technological process and ammonia operating system operating parameters of Jinwantai Company's evaporative condenser were introduced, and the advantages of the evaporative condenser were analyzed from several aspects of water saving, energy saving and investment. It is put forword that the evaporative condenser was put into operation in 2011 so far, the total amount of water used in the harshest conditions（9.6 t h） was significantly lower than that of other water cooler（ 26 t / h ）, the electricity consumption decreases by about 70 %, the investment saves a half.
