Discussion of fully-mechanized face rushing through collapse column technology in high gas mine

In order to realize fully-mechanized mining face rushing through collapse column, W1309 fully-mechanized face in Gaohe Coal Mine was taken as research object. On the basis of analysis and research on storage characteristics of collapse column, integrated technology of preliminary grouting, mining height controlling, roof netting and monitoring was proposed combining the reality of working face production, which successfully forced through collapse column. The results showed that this technology application had good effect, short period and safety and reliable, which could provide experience and technical guidance for same or similar mining collapse column.
